We are a social housing partner working with landlords across London and the South East. Founded by landlords, we lease properties on 3–5 year commercial agreements and place them with one of a number of housing providers we hold contracts with. Owners receive guaranteed fixed rent every month, with no voids, arrears, agency fees or changing regulation to deal with. We furnish the property, manage it day to day, and cover damage. In most cases landlords earn more than 20% more annually than through the private market, and at least 30% more than letting via an agent.
